The last 6lb......

Hi everyone,

I having lost 17lb so far and now have 6lb to go, til I am at 10 stone 7lb.

I'm hoping that will be a weight I'll be happy with but if not I will keep going.

I've been doing SW for about 3 months now and am finding me weight loss feels to be getting harder.

I am still loosing most weeks but I'm finding it harder to stick to the plan. I am very good in the week but I find I want to eat out now and I'm just generally finding it a bit boring!

Does anyone have any tips for the last few pounds? I exercise a fair bit, I'm no athlete but I go on big walks and do some running and toning classes with light weights etc.

Any tips gratefully accepted!! I am doing extra easy.

Hi am kinda the same but have you tried mixing your days up and doing green and or red days? Am tryin out green days and liking the change. Will move on to try red once I am confident. Also try drink lots water, snack on superfree rather than free? I have started doing excercise to change my shape. Not sure what else...others will know more x
