The last few pounds to goal...and beyond

Thought I'd do a wee update which won't amount to a great deal....STILL hovering between 8st 12 and 9st 1 from week to week. This is great from a maintenance perspective as it's proving I can do it and that I need to continue to be vigilant. ILike I said in my last post I'm going to work to maintain this through the festive period. I think in the new year I'm going to go back to the packs - four a day, no temptation for the first two weeks in Jan to shift the last six pounds.

I've continued to up my running and now doing five k twice a week during the week and a 10k at the weekend - I'm sure this is helping massively with the maintenance. Hope everyone else is doing good and enjoying silly season as well as limiting the damage as much as possible (so difficult!!!).....
 
It's great that you've found a maintenance plan that works Slimboots-well done.

And 20k a week is nothing to be sniffed at...I can't wait to get back into running,really clears the cobwebs doesn't it.
