Thanks all for your comments, i havnt got weigh in next week as back to work tommorow on a week of lates so im not going to weigh in till the 25th, not that im going to slack off for a week.

Well have fallen off the wagon for a week and got back on had a medical today for work and now weigh 20st8 which im happy with as i have had the week off, heres to next weeks weigh in.
