slight change folks I am going to be spliting my Cds and having them more often , I was watching a youtube clip and this woman says she has 7 protein drinks during the day a but her drinks are 100 cals each and she was saying it kept her metabolic rate up.
my CD somes in tins and its 2 scoops per serving , so I am going to have 1 scoop per serving more often say 6- 8 times aday

You are right about the US CD soups. I got a "starter" kit and it had three cans of soups and three of drinks -- and I gave the last can of soup to a friend who had done LL and loved diet soups. I do not think she has tried this yet... and having done LL, I think those soups were better.
Where did you go in Seattle for good ice cream? I used to love Farrells.

old school frozen custard in capital hill, best egg nog ice cream and a very very acceptable vanilla ice cream made with splenda, pecan butter is also great.

molly moons 'lavender and honey' is so good it ought to be rationed, their maple and walnutheaven and their bumble berry when it is in season is utterly moor-ish.
the other one I like which I can get from QFC is a green tea organic ic ecream, though I do not recall the spelling of the maker
