Well i thought id better make a diary as im struggling at the mo. Hoping this will keep me on track as i have you guys to answer to. Eeeeep! Have missed my last 2 weigh ins through illness and then faffing about. So tomorrow (wed) im going back to face the music. I know ill gain but its what i have to do to get back on track. Will be posting my food diaries daily as of Thurs. Any hints and tips will be appreciated once they are posted :)
 
Sorry to hear you were not well, it makes dieting all that bit harder.

Good luck I'm doing the same as of today after an awful week foodwise where my inner pig has been released ...I think it's gonna really help to stay on track x

Breakfast
2 slices warburtons bread (mini loaf) - 4
Asda reduced fat peanut butter (15g) - 2
Coffee - 1
Total - 7 for breakfast
Lunch
Warburtons white roll - 4
Wafer thin ham (33g) - 1
Asda smart price cheese slice - 1
Asda extra light mayo - 0
WW cheese and onion crinkle crisps - 2
Asda twix bar - 4
Portion of lettuce and cucumber -0
Apple and 2 small satusmas -0
Can of coke - 4
Total - 16 for lunch
Dinner
Asda small cheese and onion quiche - 12
100g french fries oven chips - 4
Baked Beans (half tin) - 4
Total - 20 for dinner
43 used 5 to be decided upon
