The secret is mini meringues (15 cals each so as 4 makes 60 cals that's only 3) lots of fat free yogurt and asda reduced fat squirty cream....yum yum yum

So from luxury to a odd looking mess of a smoothie lol

It takes okay but it's definitely not visually appealing lol

It has over 200g of spinach then various fruits up to 3 portions so there's Pineapple, melon, mango, blueberries and kiwi

Well done on the weekend Claire - not just on the better choices in difficult circumstances but also the healthy attitude. Too often people let one day equal bad decisions then beat themselves up then go on to sabotage the next day etc... It's all about perspective and plodding on! Keep it up!
 
Today has been a bit haphazard. I was on track until I started my daughters homework and next thing I know it's too late to cook dinner :(

I'm not off plan but I have had bit of a funny ol day so turned it to Green

Breakfast - Weird Smoothie

Lunch - Cheese, pickle and salad sandwich (HEA, HEB & 1)

Dinner - Cheese spread, pickle and Lettuce sandwich with SW Chips plus bbq sauce (HEA, HEB, 2)

Snacks - Tea (1)
Fruit Bread (5)
1 x Brioche (6.5)
Popcorn (2)

Total 17.5 syns

Reasonably happy considering dinner changed

You've got your birthday and poorly daughter...You're allowed a little slow down :)

I cant even eat now xx not sure if thats good or bad :/ x my daughter seems better so must have been a bug xx shes been tired all day and has had a bit of the runs but shes hopefully over worse xx she managed to eat a sandwich for tea but cudnt eat the mash & veg she had at dinner xx
Well thats where i come in :( i feel really nauseaous and got slight runs xx my stomach & lower back are really painful so at minute im.in bath then its early night i think xx
 
Morning all,

Can't believe it's Monday already! Woke up feeling really shattered. Auntie Flow arrived yesterday so really heavy :(

Today I was planning of having a salad for lunch but I'm really not inspired and thats not good. I'd rather have something different as being 'meh' about lunch means I'm likely to want to come off plan.

I'm thinking of having a Green day I'm going to have Potato Skins tonight.

Breakfast - Smoothie

Lunch - Not sure

Dinner - Potatoe Skins with salad
 
Me too and having an annoying start to my day. Handbag was stolen last Saturday with around 100quids worth of make up in it. Replaced my blusher on Monday (40 quid)and can't find it anyone this morning. Also can't find my headphones :-(

Infuriating

Good that you have modified your plan, no point deciding on a salad if it's not what you want. It will send you off looking for naughty treats!
 
Right funny how 20 mins can change a day lol

I was due to work in another office but now going back to London.

This means I can change my menu completely and stay utterly on plan

Breakfast - Tropical with a twist Smoothie

Lunch - SW Ready Meal - Roasted Vegetables Pasta

Dinner - JP skins with salad

I do have any extra Healthy B as it's green day so will use that later :)
