Gonna be skinny!
OMG - 10,000 steps - I have always assumed that 10,000 steps was what I would averagely walk in a day - er.....NO!!!!!!!!!! Have just walked for half an hour at a good pace and achieved... 4149 steps..... DAMN - and according to my new WW pedometer - I didn't even earn .5pt..... I always put down 1.5pts for a good 30 minute march! BUT...doesn't look like that is the case with this little black thing which I can now see being the bain of my life..... damn it....why did I buy it! lol..... Oh yes, I know - to be healthy and to walk more.
