I have been a member of Slimming World on and off for years but last year more or less stuck to it and did quite well - I found the Extra Easy plan , well, extra easy....

Anyway...I back now having being a yo yo for months and am determined to make a go of it.

Have any ex yo yo's out there got any words of inspiration? I need to have 2 good weeks and get back into a positive weight loss pattern. x

I'm an exp Yo Yo'er, lol. But am def finding SW easy. Tried CD and as soon as I ate, it went on, hols etc and back to square one, so I know sipping shakes all day isn't me.

I think, the trick is to plan what you are going to eat, alternate the days if you like too, look and try new recipes, spend your syns wisely - ie.. choc bar, sauces for food, snacks, glass of wine, at the end of the eve.. something really to look forward to and is allowed too.

Write what you eat as soon as you cook it or have eaten it, and log it in the syns too. That way, you won't go over.

I've a new thread for new members of SW, just started and we all could do with that extra motivation and support from time to time, so if you fancy popping over, then it'd be good to see you. xx
