    Hi

    I'm Judith and I have signed up to walk a marthon on 1st October in aid of cancer research.... the event is called Shine.

    I need to get serious about weight loss and getting fit.

    In this thread I will post every day what exercise I have done and how many steps walked. I allow myself one rest day a week. I am a member of a gym so sometimes do yoga, body balnce and water areobics.

    I will start tomorrow as that is when my weight loss campaign starts in earnest!

    Not much done today.

    Steps walked ~ 8759

    Bit dissapointed as I'm aiming for 10,000 but then I did the laundry tonight instead of giving Pickle a 'proper' walk
