Dunked in a tea... yum!

I haven't had my tracking email from Exante so I'm assuming it's going to come tomorrow now,so another day of eating..finding it hard what to have, I haven't bought for myself this week due to the tfr, don't fancy going and getting anything...

Dull and chilly here today, think I'm staying put today and doing a whole lot of nothing :)
 
Had an email, and I will get my Exante pack tomorrow, I can track the parcel, and in the morning I can find out my delivery time. I've got to go shopping in the morning for a few things, so I really hope it comes early or late..

No breakfast, lunch was toast and grated cheese. Had a snack of ryvita and grated cheese..feels great to have a bit of cheese again :) Sweet and sour with rice for dinner, might cook up some garlic dough balls too.

Had really planned to be starting Exante tomorrow,so have to another days food tomorrow, I expect when I weight Saturday I'd have put half a stone on! :(
 
:happy036: My Exante packs came this morning. The bars look nice and they're a good size too. So, I'll be starting Exante as from tomorrow, a little scared or nervous or something, but I'll get over that once I'm into it.

I have to weigh in tomorrow morning for Exante start weigh not looking forward to that at all! I know it's going to show a gain, at least 7lbs I think. I would normally weigh in on Monday morning, so the weigh in won't be accurate from last Monday, but I need a weight to start with and I always weigh heavier in the week :(

I'm shattered!! I could really take a nap right now! I've noticed that I've been a little tired and slugish this week and I'm convinced it's due to how I've been eating this week..spoiling myself with yummy treats, I'm sure that's whats done it!

Having cheddar mash and extra cheese again for dinner, I also got a tomato and something or other flat bread, so I'll a little bit of that and that's it then til who knows when... :rolleyes:
 
Exante day 1 and so far so good. I had a strawberry shake this morning, and it was lovely, so creamy and thick and quite filling actually, much better than The Biggest Loser, Slim Fast shakes I've had!

I'm starting to feel a little hungry now, so I think I'll try a vegetable soup and half a chocolate and orange bar, they're more like a flapjack :):)

I had to weigh in this morning, and i was exepcting a huge gain, however not at all, I've lost 3.5lbs since Monday ( I wouldn't usually weigh in til Monday, but needed to today due to staring Exante)

I'm totally shocked at weighing in 3.5lbs less it just doesn't make any sense at all, given the way I've eaten the last week!!

Plus it's my birthday today and I'd normally have a box of chocs..not this time :p

Feeling tired though, felt slugish the last few days, think I'll have a lie on the sofa for a bit, my mum has the kids til this evening :D

Happy Birthday, a great day to start the Exante. Well done with the last few day's loss, the scales recorded a loss & that's what matters.

Thanks hun..I've had a lovely quiet day, just what I wanted..I'm watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets atm, I love the Harry films... I wish I lived at Hogwarts ;)

I did think about starting tomorrow, but I'd ate the house out of normal food and I couldn't be bothered to go and get any food lol!

Day 1 nearly over and I'm feeling great, not at all hungry. Had a lovely shake for breakfast, had a veggie soup for lunch, I managed half of that, wasn't so keen (i've never been a soup person though) going to add some chilii powder to it next time to take away that veggie soup taste..they don't taste synthetic or powdery at all!

I've also a chocolate and toffee bar, and they're gorgeous! Going to try a thai chicken soup for dinner then a chocolate and orange flapjack bar for after :)

(not meant to have more than 1 bar per day but lunch was hit and miss)

Bring on ketosis! ;)

My youngest accidentally head butted my cheek yesterday, bloody hell my cheek bone hurts!

It's so hot here today, I've done all the gardening, and had a little walk,a nice shower and I'm just sat chiling now :)
Going to have a nice cold drink I think.

Exante going good so far today..had a banana shake for breakfast, was lovely and had thai chicken soup for lunch, wasn't too bad, I think I added too much salt though :(

Looking forward to my bar later :)
 
22 weeks until Christmas!! :eek:

Doing really well... I had to weigh in on Saturday to get my starting for Exante, which showed I had lost 3lb from the Monday, so was pleased with that. Have weighed again today ( I won't be weighing in again now until Saturday as Saturday is my new weighing in day) and I have lost weight since Saturday :D:D:D

I'm not marking anything down until Saturday, that will give me the accurate week's weight loss.

It's beeing scorching here the last 2 days, did all the gardening yesterday and didn't realize I'd burnt my back :( didn't realize just how hot it was!

Tried a different skirt on today, that i've never been able to get on and it fits!! :bliss:
 
It's always great when you get into a piece of clothing you've not worn (for a while) - well done.

Yes the sun was deceptive yesterday and I got burnt despite having cream on!
 
arrr.... the kids are having mash tonight... I LOVE mash... how on earth am I to make the mask without having a bit!!..just 1 little spoonful arrrrr!!!

I made the mash, only had a tiny teaspoon to test...it looked gorgeous though!..I wasn't hungry so it didn't bother me really, I think it's more about just eating for the sake of it.. I'm doing good though.

Really looking forward to my bar later :)

Starting to cool down now, got a long ish day tomorrow, my son has hospital appointment, hopefully it'll be finished by 1pm..they always seem to be running late :( Going to book some trips up this week :)
