4 litres? wow! not sure if i can get that much down me, not the biggest fan of plain water unfortunately. is that how much they recommend?

No - but I am working a night shift tonight...normally I snack all night for energy but tonight I will be supping water all night instead.
Normally I drink 2.5litres per day.

good luck with tonight gaynor, must be difficult to keep your energy up working through the night. i like the reward of a new haircut you have! may pinch that idea ;)

yeh i keep forgettin about fizzy water tanya! ive got some in the fridge and i put a sweetener in it...makes it a little more drinkable :)

a little tip, buy yourself a litre bottle of water then space the drinking out throught the day 9-12 12-3 3-6 6-9 then you are have 1 litre over a 3 hr period, its far manageable i think :)

great idea thanks! :) hats off to all of you who work full time on this diet, im a full time mum so at least i can stay home if i feel a bit drained. and working nights must be a killer

Ive come to the conclusion that there is actually a secret to this diet working...its nothing to do with the low calorie milk shakes we drink...its from having to run upstairs every 5 mins to have a wee!!!!!!!! hehehehe
