THE START OF A NEW ME - My Diary

It was really nice started off going to be a stirfry but thought if I add some stock it would be more filling and worked out a treat
 
Saturday 04/04/15

Breakfast
3 Turkey Rashers, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans
Lunch
beef salad sandwich with lite mayo (1 xHexB)(2syns)
Dinner
2 Fresh Kippers (no butter) with salad
Hex a – Skimmed Milk
2[SUP]nd[/SUP] Hex b – 2 x hifi bars rocky rd and double choc) (6syns)

Snacks
2 x Apple, 1 x Pear, 1 x Satsuma
Drinks
4 x white Coffee (skimmed milk)
4 x Water
Exercise
140minson Stationary Bike (73km) + kettlebell
 
Food sounds yummy! your kipper for tea just made me remember I have the youngs scottish kippers with butter in the freezer which are 4 syns a pack so will have to have that sometime this week, thanks for the unintentional reminder ;)
 
Not the best day today, biggest beef dinner iver seen. Then the weather was nice so 2hrs on motorbike was a more appetising prospect than the exercise bike so out I went :/


At least I've avoided chocolate lol

Another glorious sunny day so was up early, quick coffee and out for a few hours on bike, loved it :)

30g Haloumicheese with tomatoes and onion

Homemade indian style burger in a 50g wholemeal bun with salad + mayo (4 syns)
Hex a – Skimmed Milk + 30g haloumi
Hex b –hifi bar rocky road (3syns) + 50g wholemeal
Snacks
1 x Apple, 1 x Pear, strawberries
Drinks
3 x white Coffee (skimmed milk)
4 x Water

Quick question, i've had 2 hex b's already can I still have a hifi bar later and just use as syns as only had a couple of syns today??
 
Yes, you can syn one chick.

Also just noticed your wholemeal baps should be 60g :)
 
Lol.. I know not much, but some people say that if you don't have the full quota of a HE then what you have had should be counted as syns.

Thanks Pink, yea im sure all this peddling is doing as much good as the food, as a reward to myself I had a day off from the cycling and went to coast on motorbike for an afternoon in the sunshine, did do 45 mins exercise when I got home though lol
