The start of week 2!!!!!

Lost 8ib last night and 2 inches off my stomach can't believe it

Week 2 on the SS plan decided to just stick to mostly shakes! Not feeling hungry just been a little moody and low energy 6 weeks to go until my holiday

Bikini at the ready!!!!!

We can all do this!

2 stone 8lb is very possible in 6 weeks, or slightly just over
I lost 3 stone in under 11 weeks!

I'm on Day 10 & can already see/feel the difference!

My CDC says she expects me to smash a stone in 3 weeks & then stabilise to a stone a month. That's 2 stone in 7 weeks!

I'm not hungry either but being at work is the killer. The break area is right beside me so the smells wafting from there is driving me mad. Lol.
