The Story so far... 4 weeks in.

2/3 Days off completing my forth week on the Cambridge... and have some photos!

(Me on the left) In may before I started Atkins for a few months.

After an Atkins stint (with cheats) and a solid 25 days SS... this one was taken last night (granted the lighting and contrast is flattering... but what the hell)

Still a good 4/5 st to go till I'm down to 14st but I'm loving this diet!

Thanks all I've been buzzing today!

Yep another 4 has to go, weighing in at 20 at the moment... 16 will be my goal or I'll never be taken seriously on the rugby field!
