The weight I have lost is the equivalent to a child in my class!

I am a teacher, and in my class I have a 9 year old girl who weighs the same as the weight I have lost since starting LL. Today I lifted her just off the floor, and her weight was only slight, it was heavy enough when added together.
Blimey that was an awful lot of weight for me to have been carrying around!

I feelthe same when I pick up my little boy I have lost more than what he weights & he is blooming heavy - cannot imagine how I carried that amount of fat around with me, no wonder I have got a spring in my step! LOL
