    Look at fibre 89, or pshilly husks, not sure the bars will help, whats happened is there isnt enough waste in your bowels to bulk up and pass through, so its stayed in and dried up a little, sorry!(;)) what you need is somethink like fibre 89 or silly husks to bulk out and help things pass a bit better x

    I have fibre 89 every morning and drink 4 litres of water a day

    Is fibre 89 the same as psyllium husks? If not, where can I get psyllium husks from??? x

    A local health food shop, or holland and barrett, ebay also sell it.

    I found it worked better than F89.
