Think ive blown today by accident!!!

Ive managed to lose my EE book,
and got it wrong i think lol
could someone please work this out roughly for me please?

Breakfast- 2 slices toast, low fat marg
Dinner- chicken salad sandwich 2 slices bread,
low fat marg.
Tea- pasta n sauce.
semi milk for my cuppas

snacks, apple, muller, banana
bacardi x2
 
White bread? Wholemeal?

White bread is 6 syns a slice.

How much marg did you use?

Also make sure if you can that you are having the 1/3 superfree foods with each meal, it will help your losses.
 
it was half and half bread, and prob teaspoon of low fat,
im still trying to read through this site,
its like a maze and i keep getting lost.
too much input :)
