Think Ive over eaten!!! :-(

Feeling a bit flat tonight as I did so well today and had nothing but the shakes at work and a half tin of tuna in the afternoon. Got home and fried my chicken breast on the griddle with oil?! So bad I don't know why I did it I don't even do that when I cook normally?! And I had some broccoli and mozzarella cheese. Now I feel so gross. Have I eaten too much?? The frying was so bad I know...
Also I lost 7lbs after 3 days when I first started and was so happy but reading through here there are loads of people loosing 9-10lbs??
I feel awful help me please!!!

You are allowed 2 teaspoons of oil a day so should be OK with the frying if you didn't use too much. The mozzerella is a no no though! It shouldn't kick you out of ketosis I don't think so just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and carry on.
