Hi,
Its my first day so any advice is very welcome :)

Breakfast
Alpen 60g 6pp
Milk Semi-Skimmed 1/2 pint 4pp

Lunch
Wholemeal Pasta 60g 6pp
Green Pesto 1 teaspoon 1pp
Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil 25g 2pp
Babybel Light x 2 2pp
Toffee Crisp 6pp (Lesson learnt check pp before eating!!)

Dinner
Salmon Fillet 6pp
Stir fried veg 0pp

Apple and handful grapes 0pp
Gin and Slim Tonic 2pp

Total 30 and 5 weeklies

Any advice?

I found it an eye opener ESP when I weighed my portions. Tonight was tough,craved sweet things.
Not been hungry just cravings.
I thought I'd save them for the weekend?what's your advice? How was your day? x

You've got a brilliant bunch subscribed to you, so you'll definitely get through those stones!

When you have cravings - try a bit of fruit, or even just have a drink of water and wait, see if the craving goes away that way.

Are you able to exercise?!
I ask these days, because it's rude to assume - a lot of people are unable to exercise due to health reasons.
Also, do you have a ww pedometer?
I would highly recommend one.
It's brilliant seeing how many activity points you've earned (and are an extra few points earned that you can eat if you ever struggle to only eat dailies & weeklies)
