Finally got my degree out of the way and can focus back on losing weight now I would like to lose about a stone and half by the end of September but I don't know if I will do that, my motivation comes and goes and it has taken me a long time to lose any weight. I am very on and off with it but hoping if I have a diary on here I will keep it up I am starting today but weighing on Fridays. I'm going to try not to use any weeklies until Friday as I'm counting whatever I weigh on this coming Friday as my 'starting weight'. I have three weeks from Thursday until my graduation so might weigh in early that week, would love to lose half a stone before then but 5ish pounds would be fab also I get 28pp a day as I'm quite tall at 5'9. Breakfast - 3pp Coco pops cereal bar (2pp), WW vanilla yogurt (1pp), banana, coffee Snack - 2pp Mint Options sachet (1pp), 15g Anchor squirty cream (1pp) Lunch - 9pp 5 x Sainsbury's chicken breast nuggets (6pp), 1 tbsp Heinz ketchup (0pp), 1 potato cake (3pp) Snack - 7pp Mini kit kat (3pp) Sainsbury's BGTY lemon cheesecake (4pp) Dinner ? just tucking into my hot choc now, I am stuck indoors with horrible hayfever wishing it was winter!
