    Hi!

    I'm Dolly, and I need to lose round about 12 - 14lbs.

    At the moment I am a size 12, but I would like to be a size 8 - 10 one day. That is my ultimate goal. I'm 23 and I would love to have the best body I can possibly have before I have a family (not for another 4 years or so!!).

    I live with my partner, who works in security. He is a big old lump at 16stone something, and eats like a BEAST!

    I am also going away in August, so my goal is then. Wish me luck. I need all the help I can get!

    Todays plan is like this:

    B: 250ml skimmed milk (for tea & coffee throughout day) 2PP
    Apple 0PP

    L: WW bagel 4PP, one slice of ham 0PP, 30g Phili full fat cheese 2PP

    D: Colmans bolognese 5PP, 60g (dry weight) spaghetti 6PP

    S: WW Choc Biscuit 2PP, Apple 0PP, Satsuma 0PP, 2 x yoghurt coated rice cakes 4PP, WW caramel wafer 1PP

    = 26/26
    AP earned:
    4pp - brisk walking for 60 minutes

    Ok so yesterday went slightly different to how I planned!

    It was all going so well until I came home and my lovely OH had cooked me dinner spaghetti bolognese, and bought cake!!!!

    Anyway so this is how yesterday REALLY went:
