thinking of doing atkins again

    I did the atkins a few years ago and did lose weight but think i was eating too much cheese and salami how much cheese a day does everyone else eat?

    The book says 90-110g a day. It varies for most on here. Some have to avoid it altogether, some can eat it freely (like me :D).

    I'd follow the amounts in the book to start with.

    Diet:
    Calorie counting and MFP
    I get stalled by cheese so don't have it very often.

    You also should avoid processed meats like salami in induction.

    Low carb
    Cheese stalls me on sight. I avoid all dairy in fact. I know some people can scoff it down though. Trial and error really I think. :)
