So, at the moment I'm doing SW EE.

The results on this diet seem to be fabulous.

Does anyone have a link / article I can read that will give me the ins and outs? Costs etc?

Hugely confused at the moment :)

    Thank you both :)

Got my list of Pharmacies in front of me! None are particularly close mind.

It does sound like hard work especially compared to SW EE but worth it in terms of rapidity of weight loss. Is it something you can do for say, a month?

You could do it for a month - i did one for a bit, and whilst the weightloss is awesome, it all depends on how much you enjoy food ;) as a guy you'll have the upper hand with sw anyway so you'd be best off sticking with it for all the difference it'd make for a month x
