I wondered if any one could give me some advice! I tried every diet known to man, recently been calorie counting. However I feel I should give WW another shot as I love their products & ready meals make dinner quick & easy for me.
Could anyone tell me how many pro points I'd be allowed or how to work out how many I can have?
