Thinking of joining


I was on cambridge but put nearly all back on so now on sw. only on my 5th week comes off slower but at least you get to eat more or less anything. Its all about food optomising. Good luck and well done on your loss so far.

Thanks skinny, the main worry with LL is putting all the weight back once I have stopped but I have been told more information from the girls that have done the 100 days and now feel more positive. The weight is falling of on this diet and I have bags of energy so there is a lot of positves to. Thanks once again for your reply and good luck to you with SW.
