Thinking of starting WW

I am thinking of starting WW and have got a couple of questions to ask.

What can - cannot you eat?
How does it work?
And what are PRO-POINTS and how do they work?
I would like to know this before I start a group.
Any help is really appreciated.

You can eat pretty much anything once you point and track everything. You'll notice over time what your trigger foods are!

Weight watchers is a way of life for me more than a diet. It is said that 1pp is approx 40 cals, but I don't count calories. All fruit is free but some veg like sweet corn is pointed. Activity points can be gained by exercising, you can eat them or not! I don't but if I have a bad week and over do my weeklies i can dip into them
