I can see that heppening, I thought i would guess and it ended up double!
I am not a fan of weetabix but I like the chocolate ones (hmmmm i wonder why) and just a splash of milk so they are still quite crunchy

The only weetabix i really like is the chocolate ones!:rolleyes:
but 30g of 'puffed wheat' it quite a lot!....but i can't find any in Asda?...will have to look elsewhere:)
 
ooo not keen on puffed wheat.. all the ones i like arent healthy extras! (Typical lol)

well party went well...avoided ALL syn food but missed my lunch so REALLY hungry!
OH is cooking steak, roasted veg, mushrooms, peas & chips for him! cant wait

syns will be on a cheeky glass of wine or 2 or 3

monday I am starting no alcohol midweek- will need my syns for snacks at work & my liver needs a rest after christmas!

EE SP
Breakfast- weetabix crispy minis & milk hex b & hex a, an apple & few strawberries
Lunch – Ham salad
Dinner- curry & cauliflower rice
Hexb- hazelnuts or ryvita minis
syns- wine

total fail of cauliflower rice, sliced instead of chopped in the blender so some big bits still, even after a re-grate!
Will just have it anyway!

being to miss carbs already I can see why this is not a plan to follow fulltime. carbs tomorrow though!

I've often saved ALL my syns for it on a Sat night....and you get quite a lot of rum for your syns! :D
 
Just popped on to quickly update my food diary, will have to read everyone elses tomorrow! 1st day back at work & shattered, bed for me I think!

B-Melon, apple & pear WW dessert yogurt
L- ainsley harriot cous cous (1.5 syns) & lots of salad
D- chilli, rice & salad

hex A- latte (plus 2 syns)
Hex B- 2 cereal bars

Total syns 3.5

exercise- 3.4 km run, was much easier than fridays. still had to walk a couple of times for managed 1.8 km till my 1st walking break AND it was up a steep hill!

D- 2 quorn peppered steaks, roasted veg & brocolli and mint sauce (1/2- 1 syn)

Hex bs weetabix & ryvita minis

have took a leaf out of Zafira's book and been to buy treats...kit kats, fudges, pink and whites & low syn crisps so may have something if still peckish as syns low today

Wednesday:

L- Roasted Veg & Feta cheese (hex a)
D- Pasta and sauce at SW group
Snacks- aldi cereal bar (hex b), kitkat (5.5 syns) and skinny latte (4 syns)

syns total 9.5

Thursday:
B- WW dessert Yogurt plus 1/4 melon
L- 4 Ryvita (hex b) & 2 laughing cow triangles (hex a)
D- Jacket spud, Tuna & roasted veg
S- skinny latte (4syns), hifi light bar (3 syns) and grapes

syns total 7

1st time I have felt like i have eaten diet food- ryvita!
 
so today menu

I half followed the recipe in the magazine for the macaroni cheese, well just the cheese sauce and it was yum! (even though i made it) so although it used 2 HEX As i divided into 3 so used milk and cheese as my hex a today
not much snacking this morning as a trip to the dentist for a filling numbed half my face

B- weetabix minis and apple, splash of milk (hex a)
L- macaroni cheese (hex a) with brocolli
D- cajun chicken a few SW chips and salad
Syns- WINE!

1st wine since sunday which is very good going. so succeeded in my 1st week no midweek drinking!

thanks- think the liver is thanking me too! It helps that hubby got on the scales this week & got a shock- so he is now joining me on the no drinking!
It means I CAN have the odd bit of chocolate and crisps.
even on drinking days i have cut down, which i am pleased about.

ryvita...i like a little, but prefer other stuff, but i have 4 tubs of philly light in my fridge which i bought when they were offer so will have to eat them with it too, or make it into a pasta sauce
 
Normally on my weekend lie ins, hubby brings me up a tassimo latte caramel (5syns) plus toast with peanut butter (too many syns) and feel i HAVE to eat it cos he made it me, but today without prompting he bought a cup of tea & a bowl of sliced apple & grapes! so syn free brekkie!

B- apples & grapes
L- macaroni cheese (hex A) & brocolli
D- chicken curry & cauliflower rice

Snacks- ww dessert yogurt, probbaly ryvita minis (hexb)
syns- Wine

exercise- 4.2km run/walk. very hard work due to the wind. struggling to enjoy running in the winter. MUST keep at it or fitness will drop- it already has- not so long ago 5km non stop was a breeze!
 
today I ended up misisng a meal, due to taking my little girl to a party. Main "thing" of the party was decorating cup cakes!
so wanted one! but took an apple and had that!
And not had any that Lucy brought home!

so today i have been good and stuck to plan

B- cheese triangle (hex a), 2 slices wholemeal toast (hex B)
D- roast beef, roast potatoes, brocolli, carrots & peas. Gravy )2 syns

Snacks- apple
Syns- proscecco 11.5 syns

made a SW quiche for lunches tomorrow & tuesday LOVE SW quiche. decided to use some cheese as well, not ready to try it without cheese yet.

I have a pack of melba toasts for 3 syns with philly light, nice as a snack :)

i have made SW quiche today too :D.....i make mine with FF cottage cheese & eggs and whatever... :)

soooo busy at work i forget to eat! BUT its good cos at least i not searching through my drawers for snacks!
Been doing EE all week- given up on the EESP i need my carbs!
my scales after a sneaky peek are down but not by loads but a loss is a loss!

snacks- 1 cherry bakewell alpen & 1 hifi light bar (hex b)
syns- cheese on quiche 2

Tues

D- Chicken & veg kebabs, sw chips & peas

snacks- grapes, strawberries & 1 hifi light bar (hex b)

syns- cheese on quiche 2 & olive oil 3

syns & a hex b left, but i am nicely full after dinner so no point in eating for the sake of it

even heavier than last year!
glad mini mins is back and will be posting on here to track my food. not going to a class i pay money to go to BMF Classes instead
not done any exercise for a while too!

but 4th January is the day I start everything again:

no drinking midweek
