This should be alright right?

    Crayfish salad

    Succulent crayfish on a bed of mixed salad leaves, cherry tomatoes,
    cucumber and red onion, with a Marie Rose dressing on the side,
    lightly sprinkled with paprika.



    It has under 300cals and 8.6 carbs.
    (I ahve to eat tonight as going to theatre with lots of the OH's friends)


    Should I give the red onion/toms and dressing a miss?

    I'm not native English but have no idea what Cray fish is. Is it a white non oily fish? If not, maybe chicken salad of some sort is better?

    Edit: o.. its a lobster. :'')

    My advice, based on assuming you want to stay in ketosis and have it not not hinder your weightloss, don't have the tomatoes or onion and don't have the dressing! ;-)

    sounds delish, but definitely give the dressing, toms and onions a miss.

    eeeeek just found out the pub we are going to isnt a wetherspoons so no crayfish salad for me...aghhhh

    scared........
    What to have............
    When I looked at the values for chix salads they were all 500 cals +........

    Just ask for lettuce and a grilled chickenbreast! Most places do that right??

    500+ cals is cause of seasoning and such probably..and croutons and sauce :')
