Thought it was time i introduced myself

Hi every one, I have been going to SW for 8 weeks now and have enjoyed the diet but have struggle for the past 2 weeks because i i have gained 2x2lbs :cry:
My friend introduced me to this sight a couple of weeks ago but have just (4days ago ish) looked into it myself. i must way i am impressed.

I need a lot of encouragement as i do tend to give up and get down quite easily. i have tried many diets many times and have lost weight on all of them but given up because 1 im bored of the diet and 2 i was so hungry all the time. I have always put the weight back on + a lot more. Last time i lost weight it stayed off for 4 years because i became a fitness feek and took to running marathons and a load of other stuff but my health was taken away to cut a very long and boring story short i became disabled and because of that I put the weight back on...again.
So far i haven't been hungry on this diet and have lost 15lbs but have a looong way to go. i need to loose half of my body weight to be in the healthy zone.

Really really need support here.

Lots of luck Jelly Bean. You underestimate your past successes, Running marathons takes stirling will, do try to remember and recreate your fabulous past achievements. Im sorry to hear your health is not what it was but I think you are onto a winner. Wishing you all the very best.
