    Almost friday! Yea! :)

    Red day again today

    B: Fruit, 0% greek yoghurt, oats HE B, honey (syns), sliced almonds (syns), skinny sf vanilla latte HE A

    L: Turkey slices, chicken, salad, ryvita and lc lite HE B & A

    D: Garlicky thyme pork chop, roasted bns, steamed asparagus

    S: pear
    E: Run
    W: 2 litres

    green day

    b clusters hex b and milk hex a and a muller light

    l granary roll with egg mayo (this was from the bakers so I've probably used up all my sins on the mayo and marge)

    d will be pasta n sauce after weigh in tonight.

    Steph, have noticed on your menus you have roasted bns...what are they?? Just being nosey coz your menu ALWAYS sounds nice

    It is indeedy butternut squash, :) or bns from my old ww days LOL

    They make a nice sub for potatoes, and make lovely chips
