    Morning all! Red day today! Trying to incorporate my trainers food suggestions into my menu today

    B: Fruit, mullerlight, oats HE B, sprinkling of almond slices 1 syn, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A

    L: Salad, flaked salmon, salad cream 2 syns, 2 lc lites with ryvita HE A, HE B

    D: BBQ Salmon 2 syns, steamed asparagus, roasted bns

    S: pear, banana, turkey slices
    E: None today, feeling poorly
    W: 2 litres

    Red day

    B Clusters and milk hexa and muller

    apple

    L Chicken sandwich with ww bread hexb 1 tbsp ex light mayo 1 sins and 2 tsp low fat spread 2 sins. Blackberries and muller

    Orange

    D sainsburys lean stewing steak in gravy (free!!!) broccolli and cauli other slice of ww bread

    Pineapple

    Maybe some malibu and diet cokes total sins 10.5

    Get well soon Steph, I'm back at work but thinking it wasn't a good idea!

    B: Grapefruit and Porridge (1B)
    L: Meat Free Ravioli (2syns)
    D: Pasta with roast veggies and bacon (1B)

    S: Grapes and Wotsits (5.5syns)

    Possible pasta overload today.. oops!

    breakfast - bacon without rind, 2 poached eggs
    lunch - smoked salmon, rocket, toms, cucumber, raw brocolli, balsamic vinegar (i think that's syn free the book says all vinegar is 0.0)
    summer fruit jelly & fat free yoghurt with sweetener (1.0syn)
    snack - humous & carrots - health b
    dinner - lamb, leeks, cabbage and trying to find a no/low syn gravy recipe
