Morning all, I am back on sw, after a hiatus, not gained much luckily over the break, but back to it now, and need to lose 7 lbs by the end of the month before I go skiing

B: vanilla muller light, banana slices, tea
L: bns and sweet potato soup, with 1 lc lite stirred in
D: Macaroni cheese & cauliflower bake, steamed mange tout

S: HB egg, apple
E: 30 mins run/walk
W: 2 litres of water & herbal tea

Morning all

Fell off the wagon a bit yesterday, a couple of glasses of wine lead to my making rice pudding for desert, it was fab, but all leftovers will be avoided at all cost, and my skinny hubby can eat it.

I do find dieting this time of year to be a challenge, as I love stodge, however am trying to really get back in to cooking so that I don't feel that I am missing out!!

B: Slice WW toast HE B, ricotta HE A, strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon and maple agave syrup

L: SW Quiche, rocket salad with dijon mustard and balsamic viniagrette

D: Cottage pie with potato & swede mash, steamed carrots and broccoli

Wow today went spectacularly out the window!

Got in and was too busy for breakkie so had a quick banana on the way to a meeting. Then a choc chip cookie at the 10 mins I was at my desk. Then a diet coke and chicken slices when I got back from another meeting, then an apple an beef jerky on the train home.


Home late so will have a quick steak and a big salad. Back on plan tomorrow!!

ok back from hols and back on it now! luckily I was skiing so managed (in spite of all the lovely stodge I ate) to loose 2 lbs. So looks like all I need to do is ski 6 hours a day every day and eat what I like! LOL

Ok so back to reality!
