ticker help needed

    ok i love the idea of doing a ticker ,but cant seem to get the losses right,i have lost 12lbs but when i worked it out it came up as 12.8 ahhh,so does anyone have sight where they work out the weights to convert it....thanks...

    hi my start weight was 14 st 7.then 1st week lost 6lb,2nd week..2lb and 3rd week lost 4lbs..hope this helps

    hi did u put ur start weight in as 203lbs? thats what 14st 7lbs is. then minus what you want to lose and put that figure in the target weight box. then put current weight in current weight box each week, hope this helps :)
