Hi I have made a weight loss ticker but do not know how to get it into my profile. Any ideas please? x

Yeah lots of information. I just keep having a look at the different threads and posts just to get my head round it all.

Can't wait until I can put all my weight losses and other stuff on but you have to wait until you've posted enough posts etc.
