Time for me to refeed.

Hello, i'm really enjoying refeed now that I am allowed to eat normal stuff.

Day 5 I have had:

b-vanilla mousse
s-plum
l-left over frittata cold with salad and balsamic
s-ff activia yoghurt
d-quorn bolognese with lots of veggies in and 4 oz of wholewheat pasta
s- will be fruit

That seems a lot eh? but i'm still losing weight so doing something right.

Water intake is 2 -3 litres daily plus few cups of tea.

s-nil
l-wholemeal turkey slice and salad sandwich
s-nil
d-lentil curry, brown rice and salad, low fat chocolate dessert.

Water -bout a litre will need to do better tonight.
