time of the month

    im due my periods, im very irratable and craving food doing my best not to have something only on week 3 and was doing ok till now im snapping at partner 4 no reason im not normally like this. He usually says im so layed back im horizontal but i just cant control it. is any1 else like this please help im also feeling constantly hungry the first time in 3 weeks HELP:cry:

    TOTM can be a shocker at the best of times and CD doesn't make it any easier! Try to stay focused, you don't need food you are getting all the nutrition your body needs, it's the chatterbox in your head telling you that you need to eat. Do something to distract yourself or something to remind yourself of why you are doing this like looking at inspirational clothes on-line for when you get to goal. In a day or so these feelings will be gone and you will feel so proud of yourself for getting through it.

    Hang in there hun, its not always easy but it is worth it.

    ty hun i just cant shake this feelings ive even just stripped my spare room walls as im so frustrated lol

    by the way ur new photo looking good hun:)
