Time to get serious!

Oh by the way, weigh In this morning was -3.5lbs usually loose whole lbs, anyway, would prefer if it was 4 but happy enough. Did hop on and off the scales a few times in case they wanted to change their mind, but they were adamant.

One more day left soul sourcing before I introduce some food, and 3 days til Ill be floating around the Caribbean, and most importantly being reunited with my man! Yay. Very excited to see him, been 3months!

Right, so I've been back on food almost 24hrs, so far so good, no repercussions, and have been taking care to concentrate on what I'm eating, chew as much as poss, and not finishing my plates either. Moderation is the key to the next 2 weeks.

Pre holiday weight - 12st 3

All that leaves me to say is I'm logging off, see you all in a couple of weeks :)

Hi Hun well done on your 3.5 lb that's great! I am not sure if you have read my diary I am coming off CD to lose the last few pounds on SW.

I hope you have a fab time and enjoy your holiday! Hope time with your man is great!

I am sure you can enjoy your holiday and enjoy your time eating healthily! Then when you get back get back on plan and get to goal!

I am going to stay on here but on the silver diaries so will pop in and see how you are doing!

Im back! And not happy about it in the slightest, but all the more determined to get myself that job in the cruise ships that I have wanted so long. And if course be closer to my man, every time we say good bye it gets harder....anyway...onto the diet talk....

Ate a lot whilst away, but a lot of it was eating for the hell of eating, I didn't snack but it was more a case of "oh it's lunch time, ill have lunch" etc. whether I felt hungry or not! So much so that as per before starting Cambridge the beginning of the year, I am again sick if food, and can't wait to get back on it!

I learnt a lot about where things can go wrong with people when going off piste, old habits return quick, 2 weeks ago I struggled with a starter and main course, by the end if the holiday I managed 3 courses and coffee without issue. This taught me how quickly you can re-stretch your stomach. I am really grateful that I have done this in a controlled way (as in planned) as opposed to just going off the plan for whatever reason.

In total I gained half a stone. My fault entirely, whereas on previous trips I've only Gained max 3lbs, those times I swam and took the stairs more, this time I just didn't seem to have time, I was always in a rush I be somewhere or other. Not an excuse really.

But I had a great time, I enjoyed myself tremendously, and knew I would gain weight, so it's no big deal. Back to it Tuesday until target.

And yes, my man did notice my new figure, he was very impressed!

So lots to do, washing, getting back to work etc, so might take me a few days to get back on here, but back on the diet tues and ill be around soon.

So glad you had an amazing time. That half a stone will fall off. And you'll be back in the swing of it in no time. I'm on holiday this week and had a Chinese takeaway and lunch out once so we'll see what the damage is on Tuesday.

Hope you settle again quickly, I remember that horrible feeling returning from holiday last year... I was depressed for weeks!

Another quick stop, really looking forward to having time to sit down, reply to people and generally catch up, but in the mean time, as promised I want to share my new formal night photo from the cruise. The first is taken Jan 2012, the second is last week, it really shows how far I have come (first is apprx 14.5 stone, second 12.5ish stone) I hope this serves as inspiration, and now I look forward to nothing more than to have this photo done again in the same place when I reach target - enjoy....

You look amazing, glad you had a great time... You'll shift the 7lb in no time and the rest. Sometimes a holiday break from CD is just what you need, you'll back in ketosis in no time at all with those pounds dropping off xxx

Day one of the post holiday re-start almost complete, almost accidentally ate a choc digestive before I remembered lol. Day has gone ok, feels a bit odd but I've not been that majorly bothered about food whilst eating it so hopefully all will be ok in the coming weeks. I was actually craving cambridge whilst I was away (weirdo!!)

So... took me 8 weeks for 2.5 stone, I have i guess (without looking it up) about 3.5 to go now after holiday gain - so what - 3 months to get to target? not too bad really! Might (money and/or boyfriend dependent) try and get away in June, so could possibly be another little break along the way but will deal with that if/when it happens.

Looking forward to seeing those losses again, was already 1/2lb lighter this morning without being back on plan, so it's all downhill from here!

A few weeks back I bought 2 pairs of "supersoft" jeans from New Look, both Navy, one regular one high-wasted - I LOVE these so much that I'm actually tempted to go back and buy them both in a 12 and a 10 for the future - I know I will end up wearing them out before they're too big each time - I already wore them to death on holiday! love love love them!!
 
OOPS . .. running out of space in my signature, so just gonna past in my mini-goals so I can go back to them at a later date . ..

Mini goals:
- Fit those red jeans I bought last year (they still have tags on)
- Lose 3 stone
- Lose 4 stone
- Lose 5 stone - only 1/2 lb until target then!
