HI everybody! I'm now at a 24.8 BMI and I'm only 8 pounds from my overall goal weight. I think I want to refeed and lose the last 8 pounds 1-2 lbs at a time doing low carb so I stay in ketosis.

I think this would be best for me now.
If you've had enough of lipotrim and want to do something
else then what about Exante you get really tasty bars and
soups as well as shakes and it's also tfr I ordered it
online as I am going to do it for Oct to reach main goal
just a suggestion x

Interesting idea. Is it ketosis also? Does it actually taste better?

Yes it's ketosis about 200 extra calories I opened a bar
and it smells gorge and everyone on exante forum has lost
similar amts of weight as Lt and it's cheaper
I'm very excited about doing it in Oct !

Exante is a TFR diet too. If you are fed up of the LT shakes then exante will give you more variety. Personally, with so little weight to lose, you might be better to do as you have just suggested and go for a healthy eating approach. After all, we have to live in the real world of food at soem point.
I switched to GL after TFR and have loved it.

If i was you id just stick on lipotrim for the extra two weeks or so to loose the final bit and you'll have a great sense of achievement and no room for error. Then go back to healithy diet cos you wont want to put on any weight after working so hard to loose it. Congrats on the lovely bmi!! Hehe im jelous!!!!
