Ey everyone, over the last couple of weeks iv found so many good ideas by looking through people's food diaries that I decided to start my own :). I currently weigh 11st 13, have lost 9lbs so far on slimming world, been doing it for five weeks!

Thursday

Breakfast - bowl of grapes and a fibre plus bar (healthy b)

Lunch - was in a rush today so had some skinned chicken legs, nom nom nom

Dinner - attempted the hairy bikers chilli salad bowls - absolutely amazing!! Included 5.5 syns for wrap, 1\2 syn for salsa and 1.5 syns for half fat creme fraiche. Had a sprinkling of cheese as well ( healthy a)

Dessert - a banana covered in toffee muller with one alpen light melted in the microwave mmmmmm bliss! Leaves me other alpen light for a cuppa later
 
Friday

Breakfast - toffee mullerlight with banana and one melted alepn light (half healthy xtra b)

Snack- fibre plus bar (healthy b)

Lunch - left over chilli in weight watcher wrap with salad (5.5 syns) and tub of chopped melon

Snack - alpen light with quark mixed with options chocolate and sweetner (3syns)

Dinner - roast chicken with swede and carrot mash and syn free gravy mmmm, may have low syn scotch egg too :)
