    No its not free now.

The generic info on the SW website has canned macaroni cheese as 2 syns per can on green and extra easy, or 1 syn for reduced fat varieties.

However, different brands probably vary greatly so you can use that as a guide but might want to check syns online for the exact amount.

if you havent been for a while, lots has changed, it might be worth going to a group, even just for one session to get the latest books, new member talk and at least a little access to the SW website for a short while. Its £5 joining fee and £4.95 for the week so just a tenner for all that info.

Just to say - the syn values there are for 100g - a full size can is 400g so thats actually 8 syns for a can of regular generic macaroni cheese.

As an example of the variance between brands - Heinz 400g can is 6 syns, Tesco, ASDA and ASDA smartprice are 5 1/2, Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself is 5, but Sainsbury's regular is 12 1/2!!!

(These are all Green/EE values - red would be higher)

    Thanks so much for that.

I realise I would get all the info at a SW club but at the moment I am skint!
