Thank you, I'm not trying to speed my weight loss, I just don't think I could eat all that fruit.

Just found the answer myself, and boy oh boy that is some portion of fruit to eat

Tinned fruit, or at least particular ones, has always been a HEB or least for the past 10 years, presumably for the fibre content. In the same way as bread or cereal is a HEB or has to be synned.
