I'm going away for the weekend on 18/09/10 does anyone have any tips at all re eating out??? Going away with the boyf so will be having a meal out on the night.
Bit worried about it as I had such an awful day Monday with the tango! And we are going to Chester Zoo the next day so def do not want ANY side effects!! Please help xx

Yeah, I usually go for steak, either with salad or jacket potato...but whatever you choose, I'd ask for it to be cooked without additional oil or dressing, or ask for any dressing to be served on the side so that you can add a little bit if you fancy it.

Most places don't mind if you ask for your meat or fish to be served without sauces, or for your salad to be served without dressing.
