Hi,
First post in the WW group.
I have been up and down with s&s for a good few months, but seem to have too many 'occasions' and keep havin a cwrek on then a day off and so on.
A friend mentioned WW, but I'm not sure ogre theory behind it, or what foods I can and can't have.
I will be going to meetings and have found one for this Monday, however, I have terrible OCD and can't stan not knowin what to expect, costs of meetings, what I can have, and more importantly, I like to do a shop so I am prepared...
Can any one help?
Also, I keep reading about pro points and that people have different amounts??
