Hi , can anyone tell me please if i toast my bread in toaster without any butter etc,is it still 49 calories for the nimble toast or do you add extra for toasting it?

It's the same as you aren't adding anything. As long as you are counting per slice, not per weight which could be different.

Calories are calories no matter how it is eaten.
