Hi being new to calorie counting I thought it would be a good idea to share any good tips on Low fat or low calorie snacks or idea's... I could be something you know already and might be helpfull to others or something you discoverd while wondering around the supermarker...Hope this makes sense and is helpfull to others..

My tips are , tic-tacs for a sweet tooth days= 2cals per tic-tack

Low cal jellys = less then 10 cals per pot

The new muller light fat free yogurts cheese cake flavours ...yummy=99 cals per pot ....Maybe a bit high but the pot is quite big ideal for a snack...
