I will do some exercise. Thinking of starting Zumba for the Wii, only bought it this week then a nice long walk.
Also, not snack on crisps when friends are round later.
1. Not quite 100% as had 20 syns but not bad for a BBQ1. Have a 100% day (remembering I'm doing red not green)
2. Record it on my Weight loss diary
3. Do a day of my couch 2 10k plus some other body magic on the wii
4. Don't go over my syns at the family BBQ
5. Hoover
6. Work on a looong letter I have to write by Thursday
7. Print of my resignation letter
Think some of it may be done tomorrow.
