I fancy making hummus too!

I will do some exercise. Thinking of starting Zumba for the Wii, only bought it this week then a nice long walk.

Also, not snack on crisps when friends are round later.

1. Have a 100% day (remembering I'm doing red not green)
2. Record it on my Weight loss diary
3. Do a day of my couch 2 10k plus some other body magic on the wii
4. Don't go over my syns at the family BBQ
5. Hoover
6. Work on a looong letter I have to write by Thursday
7. Print of my resignation letter

Think some of it may be done tomorrow.

Well I hoovered my floor after sweeping it with a yard brush. I really need a new hoover as mine has just no suction at all (and yes cleaned filter/air filter multiple times).

Yesterday managed everything but the wardrobes lol

Today I pledge

1. To get off here and get to gym
2. Make Shepherds Pie and freeze some
3. Plan meals for next week
4. Iron (yawn, might make other half do this :D)
5. Chill out

Stick to plan...even if just for 1 day lol
Clean the house from top to bottom
Bake with the kids (and not eat any myself!)
Start doing the biggest loser on my kinect again!

Well yesterdays pledge didnt go to plan so today i pledge to do a 40min work out to work off the bottle of wine last night and have minimum syns xx

Well, how did everyone do?

I made the hummous and did my exercise, but had a handful of doritios and some haribo. 2 out of 3 isn't bad lol

5. Done but hoover is so bad I gave up and used the yard brush instead

All done I bought zumba for wii today been doing it at the gym can't wait to try it x it could be my pledge tomorrow lol lol just chillin out now!!! :)
