Today was weigh in day

And I lost 6lb since starting on Monday :clap:
However, since yesterday I had been feeling weak, shaky and generally not well and then I got a migraine! Got up today and almost passed out just walking down stairs.So I mentioned this to CDC and was advised to add a small protein and veg meal along with my shakes for a couple of days til I felt better. So I ate some chicken and salad for lunch today as advised and I really do feel much better and like I can carry on again:D

Sorry to go on but I am pleased I stuck the diet even though I really wanted to quit and followed the advice and that it worked. Yay!! x

Woxy that's a great loss well done. I think a lot of people feel a bit funny in the first few days, but it does pass.
I had problems remembering things and felt like I was floating.
You're doing really well!
