hey, i know a few people ask this question every day but what tabs are we allowed to help with the loo probs pls!! bad aches in my belly all day

I was told could take senakot or there is some fibre thing you can get from the pharmacist, the name escapes me?? Luckily not had this prob yet! Sure more water would help as always with this diet

Hi Trivenam,
Fibre clear is what my chemist gave me, supposed to work very well. I don't use it as I have the opposite to you. Hope you feel better tomorrow. I always find cooled boiled water helps. Good luck.
