Sorry in advance, but a second episode has prompted me to post.

Last week i had an episode of diarhea. I put it down to my body 'clearing out'. I have had a second episode again today.

Unlike usual diarhea, i have no stomach cramps and it is not an offensive smell. That said, it is like passing water. Not the normal constipation that I am used to with cambridge, which is why I feel somewhat alarmed.

    Does anyone else get this?

When I first got the bars I had two in a day and had an episode of the same thing. Since finding out that I shouldn't have two in a day I haven't and there have been no further episodes. I hope you feel better soon and work out whatever it is that's troubling you.

I only get that with crunchy bars, I only eat lemon and chewy ones x

I had an upset tummy after trying the bars. Might that be it?

I get it with the crunchy and chewy bars. I still have them but never more than one in a day and I'm fine now. You might just be reacting to one of the products. Keep an eye on what you're having and see if it correlates!

It can't be as Im only having shakes. I only have choc mint.

I wonder if it isn't cambridge related and maybe it's the sparkling water? I normally have tap water and herb teas but today i've had all sparkling water. It's the only thing I can put my finger on as being different from normal.

Either that or I'm starting with something. I kind of weighed that out though as i've had no cramps...hmmm, it's a mystery!
